[viff-devel] [issue61] Install guide should mention OpenSSL

The installation guide only mentions PyOpenSSL and not that OpenSSL
must be installed prior to PyOpenSSL. While testing VIFF installation
on windows it was not clear to me that PyOpenSSL did not include
OpenSSL. In order to facilitate installation of VIFF for other
slow-thinking creatures like me, the installation guide should mention
OpenSSL also.
