Excellent, I've sent a password to you in a private mail!

There is a bit of online help on the webpages, but for the moderation
you only need to check if a held posting is a legitimate post from
somebody who hasn't subscribed. If that is the case, you accept the
post and add the sender address to the list of people who are allowed
to post without being a member. Quite simple, you'll figure it out.
