[viff-devel] Changes for 0.7.1

Good evening everybody,

I've tried to update the NEWS file for an upcoming VIFF 0.7.1 release:

Please take a look at let me know if you see anything silly.

And let me know if you are sitting on an important bugfix for 0.7.1.

I think the improvements to the passive multiplication protocol for many
players[1], the new equality testing protocol[2], and the division
show-case[3] will have to wait for the next release.
